ASREN will present the AfricaConnect3 project at the Science Summit of the 76th United Nations General Assembly in two main sessions:
- Arab Science Cooperation to Achieve the UN SDGs – 23 September 2021, 10:00 – 13:00 CEST (UTC+2)
This session will discuss science as a means for development in the Arab region and how cooperation in science at national, regional, and global levels will support the efforts towards achieving the UN SDGs. It will present the efforts in conducting science from policies to actions including research, education and innovation and related cooperative projects and activities. Find out more.
- Biodiversity: Forests, Health and Society convened by IMIBIO Biodiversity Institute, Misiones, Argentina – 21 September 2021, 15:00 – 19:00 CEST
Misiones is one of the 23 provinces of Argentina, strategically located in the extreme northeast of the country of the Mesopotamia region.
